NDara is a Singapore-incorporated company. Our primary legal framework is the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (PDPA). Because QuickEETs serves users internationally, our data practices are also broadly consistent with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in applicable jurisdictions. Where applicable law imposes additional obligations, we will meet those obligations.
We collect the following categories of personal data in connection with the Platform. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as data relating to health, race, religion, or biometrics) unless specifically required for a product category or corridor where such data is relevant to an export readiness assessment.

We use personal data for the following purposes, each supported by an appropriate legal basis under applicable law.
A core function of QuickEETs is to assemble and validate Product Data in support of export readiness. This process requires sharing Product Data beyond NDara's internal systems. By submitting Product Data to the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that such data — including certifications, test reports, regulatory documents, and related materials — may be shared with:
And their respective partners, agents, and affiliates, in connection with evaluating and processing product submissions for the relevant Corridor.
Including food safety authorities, customs bodies, and other applicable regulators in origin and destination markets, in connection with export and import review or processing.
In addition to the sharing described in Section 6, NDara may disclose personal data to infrastructure and technology providers (including cloud hosting providers that support Platform operations), Stripe for payment processing, professional advisors (legal, financial, and audit) on a confidential basis, and regulators and authorities where required or authorised by applicable law. All such disclosures are subject to appropriate contractual and technical safeguards. NDara does not sell personal data to third parties.
NDara engages third-party service providers to support delivery of the Platform. NDara will update this list from time to time. Contact quickeets@ndara.io for the most current list of processors. Stripe operates its own privacy policy and data practices. Charges are processed in United States Dollars (USD). NDara does not store full payment card details.
NDara operates from Singapore and serves users internationally. Personal data may be processed in jurisdictions outside Singapore, including in connection with the use of cloud infrastructure or third-party processors. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, NDara implements appropriate safeguards including contractual protections with recipients, standard contractual clauses where applicable, and technical and organizational security measures. Where the GDPR applies to a transfer, NDara will ensure the transfer meets the relevant requirements under that regulation, including reliance on an appropriate transfer mechanism.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy or as required by applicable law. Retention periods may be extended where required by law, regulation, or ongoing legal proceedings. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
NDara implements reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, and disclosure. Depending on your location and the applicable legal framework, you may have the following rights in relation to your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at quickeets@ndara.io. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Please note: where Product Data has already been shared with importers, distributors, or government agencies in the ordinary course of the Platform's operation, we may not be able to retrieve or delete that data from third-party systems, and will inform you of any such limitations.
The Platform may use cookies and similar technologies to support session management, security, and basic analytics.
